About the Company

Our client is an innovative technology organisation building modern, cloud-driven software solutions for global customers. They are expanding their engineering team in Cork as they embark on several new product initiatives.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a growing cloud engineering team and contribute to the design and delivery of high-availability, scalable applications. You’ll play a key role in driving clean, maintainable code practices and shaping the architecture of new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET/C#

• Build and deploy cloud-native features across AWS and Azure

• Contribute to solution design, architecture and technical direction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, DevOps and QA

• Ensure best practices around testing, performance and reliability

• Work within an agile environment delivering iterative product improvements

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#

• Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices or distributed systems

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling

• Solid knowledge of software engineering patterns and clean coding principles

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-Have

• Docker or containerisation experience

• Knowledge of event-driven or message-based architectures

• Background in SaaS or product-focused engineering teams
